HOW LONG DOES THE LOGO DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?
Typically the turn around time on a custom logo design is 2 – 3 weeks. A lot of this will depend on the e-mail correspondence and editing made, but we do work our hardest to get the job done as efficiently as possibly for you!
WHAT KIND OF WEBSITES DO YOU DESIGN?
We only work with and build WordPress websites. We believe WordPress sites give health and wellness professionals the essentials in what they need to launch their business.
DO YOU OFFER WEBSITE MAINTENANCE?
Our website design service does not include website maintenance. But the beautiful thing about the WordPress platform is that maintenance is easy! You will have access to the backend of your website to make updates and edits to your pages as well as add new pages as your business evolves. That is what we love about WordPress.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Because we strive for a quick and efficient turnaround time, we only offer payment plans for our custom website designs and branding packages, which can be paid for in two installments – half upfront when we start your project and half a week before your launch date. Payment for design services is due prior to starting the process.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Getting started is simple and easy! We start by having you fill out a quick online form that helps us get an idea for your likes, dislikes, passions, and areas of specialities. We want your logo to help you stand out and attract your ideal clients! After we receive your online questionnaire form and payment, we will set you up on our internal communication system to help keep us all organized and working synergistically together. We suggest (but it is not required) that have send us your project inspiration (photos, colors, fonts, logos, websites and anything else that you like), and put it all in our internal communication system. You can also create a Pinterest board for your design project and share it with us! We get inspired by your passions and will spend a few days working on a few design mock-ups (usually about 3 – 5 the first round). You review the mock-up design and we discuss what you love about the design and what needs to go! We work with you until you are in love with your new “look”…with a few revisions and edits we are confident that With your feedback and a few revisions we send you a finalized design product that you
WHAT ISN’T INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?
•Photos and images (If photos or images are need to be purchased in your design project our designer will contact you and ask your approval before she begins the process. She will ask you to purchase the photos and then send to us, this way you own the images and can use for future projects!)

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Our goal is to create a product that you truly love and this is where the start up questionnaire and “what inspires you” feedback is important. We will happily work with you until you love your product, but if after a few rounds of revisions we are still “not hitting the nail on the head”, we may have to re-asses our process…this rarely happens 🙂
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY PROJECT TO TAKE?
Custom website designs are the most time consuming service we offer and this usually takes about 6 – 8 weeks, sometimes a little more, but often times a little less! All other services usually take 1-3 weeks.
AFTER MY PROJECT IS COMPLETE AND I DECIDE I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
If you decide after we have completed your project that you want additional edits or changes we will happily do them for you for a small fee. Please see design pricing to get an idea of our hourly rate.
