IIn 2020, the National Eating Disorder Association’s theme for Eating Disorder Awareness Week is Come As You Are: Hindsight is 20/20. Celebrated during the week of February 24th – March 1st, NEDA is building upon 2019’s theme of Come as You Are, highlighting inclusivity in the eating disorder community. 

This year’s focus is reflecting on the positive steps taken towards recovery, as well as setbacks or challenges. In this issue, I am highlighting these positives! I hope this will give you and your loved ones the courage to continue or begin the journey toward healing. In this month’s newsletter, I’m sharing foods and habits that can help fuel a good night’s rest and beyond.
